Not all baking plates are the same: there are many different colors, shapes and materials.
Using the right material in particular can have a positive effect on the baking result.
The new Eurolux roasting and baking tray has the same advantageous properties as our classic cookware:

How do I find the correct size for my baking plate?
The easiest way to find the right width for your new Eurolux baking tray is to measure a conventional baking tray that you already have at home. Place the measuring tape on the outer edges and read off the correct width. Alternatively, measure the distance between the rails in your oven.
