The difference to our classic braising pan: it has two handles. This allows you to grab it with both hands. Otherwise, everything remains the same: The even heat distribution and the 9 mm thick thermal base allow you to master any culinary challenge, regardless of whether you use the pan for frying, braising or stewing. And the icing on the cake: After use, cleaning is quick and easy. Handmade by the pan manufacturer: Made in Germany. Now all you have to do is decide which size of pan you want.
