Square pans are a space saver: they offer up to 25 per cent more frying surface than conventional round pans. And thanks to the fantastic conductivity of aluminium, the corners of the pans get just as hot as the surface that is in direct contact with the hotplate.
And the icing on the cake: After use, cleaning is quick and easy.
Now you just have to decide which of the two sizes you want the pan in and which handle is right for you.
