Our service - for you and the environment: recoating

We put a lot of time and effort into coating our pans and pots. But after years of daily use, even the best coating will eventually weaken. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable.

BUT: you don't have to buy a new pan because of this! Simply use our recoating service. This has several advantages, because: 1. you save money, because of course the service is cheaper than buying a new pan. 2. you protect the environment because you have it "repaired" instead of buying a new one - this saves resources.

How does it work?

You send us the pan. We remove the old coating, check the body and apply a new coating. We send the pan back to you as good as new. Our recoating service gives you the opportunity to get your old pan back exactly as it was on the first day: flawless. This service only applies to Eurolux cookware. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other brands. Also, no discounts or voucher codes can be applied to this service.

What you need to do

Simply book the service here in our store. Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address to which your item is to be returned. Print out the order confirmation and enclose it with your parcel later.

Please remove the handle of your Eurolux product. The silicone feet of the grill plates or roasters also remain with you - we only need the cast iron body. Please clean the item well and pack it safely.

If the handles/handles on your cookware are not screwed on, please do not use force to loosen them, but leave them on the cookware and write "Please replace handles" on the order confirmation.

This service includes the re-coating of your Eurolux item and free return shipment via DHL.

You are responsible for the outward shipment at your own expense, using a logistics company of your choice, to the following address:

The item will be refurbished and recoated and returned to you free of charge via DHL approx. 4 - 6 weeks after receipt. Would you like to find out more about what we do for the environment?
