Warranty declaration

The warranty begins with the purchase of the product. Proof of purchase is mandatory for the warranty claim.  If you discover a defect in the above-mentioned area of validity during the warranty period, we will replace the product with a new one free of charge or repair the defect after prior inspection. Please follow our instructions for use and care!

Exclusion of warranty
We do not accept any warranty for the following defects:

• Natural wear in the non-stick area
• Sealing destroyed by force
• Overheating (burnt pans with black, tarry residue) 
• Non-compliance with the instructions for use and care

Warranty claim
The warranty claim must be registered and asserted directly with the dealer.

The territorial scope of application is limited to EU countries.
